As the Founder of Achieve43, Pria Crofskey has created a responsive recruitment search firm based on a elevated client and candidate recruitment experience.

With two decades of experience in creating and leading international teams to drive growth and excellence across business development and strategy, coupled with a strong marketing and communications skillset, Pria has a firm grasp on client expectations and the importance of the candidate experience. Her results-driven approach ensures that she always gets the job done.

 

Pria has worked with renowned companies such as IBM, PwC, Serco, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and GE, spanning various industries such as Technology, the Banking and Financial sector, and Professional Services.

 

Her academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Studies in Marketing, a Graduate Diploma in Communications Management, and a Bachelor of Arts, with a major in Spanish and minor in French and International Relations from Massey University, New Zealand.

 

Pria resides in Miami, Florida with her family, and has lived and worked in several countries, including England, Australia, Canada, and Hong Kong. In her free time, she enjoys going for a daily run and taking her dog, Trevor, for a walk. On weekends, she likes to venture out and explore novel types of cuisine and above all else, nothing compares to the thrill of discovering new countries, even if it's only for a week at a time!
